SOLVED’s SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

SOLVED Consulting operates a standard-rate SMS program that sends parents and guardians of students at participating schools a monthly text message containing an updated attendance report for their child(ren). This is an account and service notification program; it is not a marketing program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you provide express consent to receive recurring text messages from SOLVED Consulting via short code XXXXX.

Message Frequency

Message frequency: you will receive up to one (1) message per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. SOLVED Consulting does not charge for the SMS program, but charges from your wireless carrier may apply according to your mobile plan.

Help Instructions

For help, text HELP to XXXXX at any time, or email us at admin@solvedconsulting.com. Texting HELP will return customer support contact information.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribing

To opt out at any time, text STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to XXXXX. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to your number. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.
