How long does the logo & mascot design process take?
Most projects take 3–4 weeks from kickoff to final files. Discovery & concept sketches (week 1), feedback rounds (weeks 2–3), and finalization/deliverables (week 4). Rush options are available.
How many initial concepts and revision rounds are included?
You’ll receive three distinct concepts for both logo and mascot. We include two full revision rounds on the chosen direction—enough to get every detail perfect. Unlimited micro-tweaks (color tweaks, minor spacing) are free.
What file formats will we receive?
Print-ready EPS, AI, and PDF vectors plus PNG & SVG for web; CMYK and RGB color profiles; horizontal, stacked, and badge versions; and one-color/black versions for embroidery or spirit wear.
Do we own the final artwork?
Yes. Upon final payment you receive 100 % ownership and unlimited usage rights worldwide. We transfer all editable source files and can assist with trademark registration if needed.
Can you match our district’s existing colors or fonts?
Absolutely. We’ll use your established palette and typography or refine them as part of the project. All colors are provided with Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and HEX codes for consistency.
What if our school already has a logo but needs a mascot?
No problem. We can design a mascot that complements (not replaces) your current logo, then supply guidelines on how to use both together across uniforms, social media, and signage.
Do your designs comply with NYCDOE or ADA guidelines?
Yes. We ensure color-contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and, for NYC schools, we follow NYCDOE branding rules on logo clear-space, color usage, and digital accessibility.
Will the mascot work on spirit gear and large banners?
